Saturday was about more than football.
It’s a chance for former players, supporters, friends and families to come together, remember the people we have sadly lost, share memories and remind each other that no one has to face things alone.
Football brings people together — and so can our experiences, our memories and simply being there for one another.
Saturday they remembered those who are no longer with us, celebrate the memories they left behind, and create a space where people can talk, listen and support each other.

Sometimes, simply asking “Are you okay?” can mean more than we realise.
